Cosette Pro Cleaning Services – Policies
These policies apply to all interactions and bookings with Cosette Pro Cleaning Services.

Collection of Personal Information
Cosette Pro Cleaning Services collects personal information to provide cleaning services to clients, whether communicated orally, electronically, or in writing.

Cleaning Appointment Arrival Time
We operate within a 45-minute arrival window. This does not apply in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or severe weather. If our team is delayed, we will notify you.
Clients are expected to be on time. If you are not available, our team will wait up to 15 minutes. After this grace period, the cleaning will be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require 72 hours’ notice during business hours (8AM–5PM Central Time) to cancel or reschedule without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we cannot access your property, a $50.00 fee will be charged.
All schedule changes must go through our main office and not the cleaning crew.
If you call outside business hours, voicemails or texts will be reviewed the next business day, and your cancellation time will be counted accordingly.
Recurring service cancellations must be made before the upcoming scheduled service. Canceling recurring service after just one visit will convert your rate to the standard one-time cleaning rate.

Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of illness (including COVID-19), accidents, or serious family matters, you may be asked to provide documentation. If the cleaning has already started, cancellation fees will still apply.

Payments
Cosette Pro Cleaning Services accepts the following payment methods. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments:
• Credit or debit card
• Venmo
• Zelle
• ACH bank transfers
Payments are due within 72 hours of service completion. A 1% daily interest fee will apply to any unpaid balance beyond the 72-hour window. Additional charges will be applied for paid parking, if required.

Scheduling
One-time cleanings are scheduled at 9AM or 1:30PM. While we try to assign the same team for recurring services, we can’t guarantee it due to staff changes. Additional time may be approved in 30- or 60-minute increments, with prior authorization.

Non-Solicitation of Employees
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract Cosette Pro Cleaning Services’ staff during their employment or for three years after separation from the company.

Arrival Times
Exact start times cannot be guaranteed due to service flexibility and traffic. Notify the office if you are on a strict schedule. Morning appointments are best for clients with fixed timeframes. Expect a 30–45 minute arrival window for cleaners and up to 1 hour for specialists.

Holidays
If your cleaning falls on a holiday or holiday week, we will contact you to reschedule. Services performed during holidays may incur a holiday rate.

Cleaning Service Guarantee
We strive for excellence. If an area is missed, notify us within 48 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area. No refunds are issued. We do not move furniture or handle hazardous materials such as mold or blood.

Gratuity
Tips are optional. If you wish to tip electronically, inform the office. Cash tips may be given directly to the cleaner.

Supplies
We use eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products. If you wish to provide your own cleaning products, please notify us in advance via phone, text, or email.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any overage in cost must be covered by the recipient.

Privacy Policy
We collect client information voluntarily to provide quotes and services. We do not sell or trade your data. Information may be shared only with select service partners to meet specific cleaning needs.
