Cosette Pro Cleaning Services accepts the following payment methods. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments:
• Credit or debit card
• Venmo
• Zelle
• ACH bank transfers
Payments are due within 72 hours of service completion. A 1% daily interest fee will apply to any unpaid balance beyond the 72-hour window. Additional charges will be applied for paid parking, if required.
Yes, we understand things may come up last minute and you must cancel an appointment. In order to avoid our $50.00 cancellation fee, cancel 72 hours before 5 PM of your scheduled cleaning. If it is a must to cancel after 5PM, the day before or the same day of your cleaning you will be charged the cancellation fee.

To confirm you are removed from the schedule, a representative will answer and acknowledge that your booking is cancelled.
It is recommended to inform us 4 to 5 days in advance. For weekends do notify as soon as you have a date to confirm that we have availability.
You are more than welcome to schedule a cleaning as soon as you are ready! The office representatives will do their best to accommodate to your schedule. We cannot guarantee available if you want to schedule the same day.
Usually, we can do anything requested as long as
1) a specialist isn’t required
2) a ladder isn’t needed considering we do not carry ladders for safety reasons
A cleaning includes but is not limited to:
cleaning bathrooms, common areas, floors, interior windows that are within reach, cleaning appliances etc.
We try to accommodate to every client.
Some tasks may require a specialist such as carpet cleaning, etc.
Laundry of linen and towels is ONLY upon request at an additional fee.
The machines must be on the premises and the detergent provided.
By requesting laundry, you agree that the items to be washed are suitable to be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer.
Our cleaners can wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry within the allowed time.
We cannot guarantee an exact start time. Please give the cleaner(s) an arrival window of 30-45 minutes.
There is no way of predicting how heavy traffic will be or if a client will request additional time for their scheduled cleaning. However, we schedule accordingly to have enough time for a cleaning to be completed and ensure you will be content.
It is recommended to at least be there initially so you can provide access to the cleaners. We also ask to provide an initial walk through to pinpoint the areas you want the cleaners to target. You may simply return at the end of the cleaning to do a final walk through.
If it’s the case you will not be present you may notify the office the location of where a lockbox will be with the code or if there is a hidden key. We advise to also provide notes of what your main focuses are to ensure the cleaning is up to your expectations.
Not exactly. Our cleaners can ONLY perform a general wipe down of the windows from the interior.
If you are requesting cleaning your windows and window tracks from both the interior and exterior that is with our Window Specialist.

Cleaning inside appliances is upon request. Usually this is included when you request a deep cleaning. We will clean the refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
